Spar ADs need an eddy current inspector, and most local shops don't have one on staff. Owners end up searching for one on their own. This site turns that search into one request.
What we do
- Explain each spar AD in plain terms, with the FAA's own numbers and links to the source documents
- Connect you with an independent eddy current inspector who covers your airport, and an A&P if you need one
What we don't do
- We aren't a repair station, and we don't perform inspections, repairs, or logbook sign-offs.
- We don't replace the AD. Always work from the current AD text and your mechanic's judgment.
